Coventry City's fall and rise has been charted in an aptly named Sky Sports documentary – with a pair of Sky Blues fans at the heart of it.

The Fall and Rise of Coventry City aired on the eve of the Sky Blues' long-awaited return to the Premier League, squeezing almost four decades of triumph, disaster, decline and eventual resurrection into 90 minutes.

Behind the scenes helping to make it happen were two people who knew that story better than most.

Daniel Donovan and John McLaughlin are long-time Sky Blues fans who both worked within the Sky Sports News team while the documentary was being made. Both got off to ridiculously positive starts as Coventry supporters.
