Coventry City made hard work of it but overcame Plymouth Argyle 4-2 in the Carabao Cup.
Goals from Taiwo Awoniyi and Jack Rudoni inside five minutes looked to have sent City on their way to an easy victory.
However, two poor defensive goals brought Argyle level. A tap-in from substitute Ephron Mason-Clark and a Victor Torp penalty ultimately restored the two-goal lead and saw Frank Lampard’s men into the next round. Here, we pick out a handful of key talking points.
