The Sky Blues visit the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Monday evening and, once again, it's anyone's guess what Frank Lampard has up his sleeve.

Received wisdom suggests that you shouldn't change a winning team. After all, Coventry smashed Newcastle 4-1 at the CBS Arena last time out, delivering arguably their most impressive performance since returning to the Premier League.
