‘You can’t sit off them’: Michael Doyle on how Coventry can take on Arsenal

Arsenal will present Coventry City with an almost unique combination of technical quality and set-piece excellence tonight, according to former Sky Blues captain Michael Doyle.
Speaking exclusively to The Phoenix, Doyle pinpointed Mikel Arteta’s side as masters of both the technical and physical sides of the game – something which poses major questions for Frank Lampard ahead of Coventry’s visit to the Emirates.
‘You can’t sit off them,’ Doyle says.
Doyle has first-hand experience of facing Arsenal. He is currently coaching at Portsmouth and was part of the staff when Pompey were beaten 4-1 by Mikel Arteta’s side in the FA Cup in January.
