Gus Hamer has completed his move back to Coventry City. The interesting question now is: where exactly does Frank Lampard play him?
As reported on The Phoenix last month, a Gus Hamer return to Coventry City this summer was inevitable. Now it has been all confirmed.
The popular midfielder rejoins the Sky Blues from Sheffield United for a cut-price transfer fee of £6m, with room for that to rise by a further £2m in add-ons.
Not bad for a player who Coventry sold to the Blades for £15m three years ago.
